
Julius Wilson | Program Co-Manager, INCITE
Julius graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University in 2018 with a major in Sociology and a minor in African-American Studies. His senior thesis focused on the professional discourse of journalists in the Trump era. At INCITE, Julius oversees Social Science Summer and communications, and works on the Obama Presidency Oral History project.

Rebecca Feldherr | Program Co-Manager, INCITE
Rebecca, a Project and Editorial Consultant at INCITE, studied sociology at Skidmore College (‘20) with a concentration on racial inequality. Her bachelors’ thesis on slavery, political ideology, and racial resentment was awarded the Periclean Scholars Award. She has also done research on criminal justice, education, and the Black Lives Matter movement.

Michael Falco | Associate Director, INCITE
Michael Falco oversees all of the operations of INCITE. Michael has managed more than three dozen grant-funded projects. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Media Studies from The New School and an Executive Master of Policy and Administration with a concentration in International Economic Policy and Management from Columbia University.

Jason Yu | Program Director, ICProjects
Jason Yu works as Program Director for ICProjects since 2012, where he oversees student educational programs. Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Management from University of Southern California and a Bachelor Degree in Journalism and Communication from Zhejiang University.
